This garden, which began as a blank space of wide open lawn, was transformed into a biodiverse habitat, with an emphasis on native plantings throughout. Located on a busy road with neighbors on either side, large plantings in front and side yards provide screening and privacy. The natural stone steps were created to provide graceful access from the street and a stone front walk winds through the lush pollinator attracting flowers to the front door. New planting beds packed with flowering and evergreen native plantings surround the lawn which highlights a majestic tulip tree . A stone patio and paths were designed to allow for outdoor living with easy access from the kitchen. Larger native evergreen trees provide screening and privacy for outdoor dining and relaxing.
