This Georgetown townhouse project was designed alongside the architect and builder to create ample outdoor spaces for entertaining and lounging. An enhanced indoor-outdoor experience was created by designing flagstone paving right up to the french doors that open into the garden space. The approach from the street through a horse and carriage tunnel opens up to a flagstone path bordered by lush plantings which soften the fenceline. The tall evergreen trees create a sense of enclosure and privacy in this property.
