PALISADES

This Palisades project focused on a design to mitigate erosion and water runoff, while also covering the gound with plantings of various textures and colors. The design incorporates mostly native plantings with ground-cover shrubs and perennials. In addition to the front and back yards, this lot offers stunning views of the Potomac River across the street where a native meadow was planted to create biodiversity and enhance the view.
